The Foods and Drug Administration has begun regulating e-cigarettes and nicotine dissolvable products effective August 8th, 2016. Â These products will now be subject to FDA tobacco regulations. Â These regulations include, but are not limited to, FDA registration and product labeling. Â The FDA has issued three documents relating to this change: Small entity compliance guide, data requirements guide, and a draft guidance guide.
