The US Department of Commerce issued an affirmation ruling on Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel cut-to-length plate from China. Â The Anti-dumping determination (Case A-570-047) states that these goods were sold into the US market at less than fair market value. Â The Countervailing determination (Case C-570-048) states that subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of these products. Â Both of these cases will increase duty on these goods effective January 26th, 2017.
