The International Trade Administration (ITA) has made their preliminary determination on countervailing duties (CVD) for Forged Steel Fittings from China.
The Federal Register Notice publishing the preliminary determination was published on March 14th.  The preliminary rate is 13.79%. The International Trade Administration has published a fact sheet.
