If you have already forwarded copies of your 2024 CUSMA/USMCA, thank you for your continued co-operation.
It is important that importers retain the ability to receive uninterrupted CUSMA/USMCA treatment for qualifying merchandise. A valid 2024 certification of origin must be on file for Willson International to claim preferential treatment.
If you need to download a copy of the certification of origin, instructions, or additional pages, the documents can be found in the Forms section of our website under either Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) – Canadian Customs Forms or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) – U.S. Customs Forms.
To allow sufficient time to review and update databases, your updated certifications of origin must be sent to Willson International no later than December 21st, 2023.
If a valid certification of origin is not on file, duties will be paid to the respective Customs authorities.
