CARM R1 introduced a new and improved Contact Us page and web form in May 2021. Since its implementation, there has been significant usage for the submission of requests, which enables us to respond faster to your inquires. Thank you for embracing our efforts in such great numbers.

Please do not email the CARM mailbox. All inquiries are to be submitted through the Client support contact form to enhance the process of prioritizing, tracking, and resolving CARM related requests. This helps our support teams resolve requests faster by collecting the required information and directing your request to the appropriate team from the first point of contact.
