The Department of Commerce made their preliminary determination and will be assessing anti-dumping duty on cold-rolled steel from China, India, Japan, the United Kingdom, South Korea and others. This determination was made after the investigation indicated that these goods were being sold for less than fair market value and causing harm to US manufacturers.
