This week, the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species issued their recommendations for amendments to the CITES appendices. Â These appendices dictate the level of regulation imposed on the trade of goods containing particular animals. Â On the northern border, this typically is encountered in the movement of taxidermy, whether for sale or the movement of personal goods across the border. Â Of note on this list of proposals, is the changing of regulation on the movement of Bison and Peregrine Falcons.
