CFIA – Update to Meat Hygiene Manual

Please be advised that export requirements under sections 11.7.3.2.2 & 11.7.3.4.2.6 – Mexico of the Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures (MHMP), have been updated with the following information:

Mexico allows exportation of Canadian poultry meat with the exception of the municipality of Langley, British Columbia.

Changes have been made to section 11.7.3.2.2

A new sub-section was also added in 11.7.3.4.2.6
