Blueberry Maggot: Requirements for blueberry plants
Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has updated D-02-04: The Blueberry Certification Program and domestic phytosanitary requirements to prevent the spread of blueberry maggot (Rhagoletis mendax) within Canada.
The 7th revision of Directive D-02-04 provides domestic movement requirements for regulated plants that are produced in a non-regulated area, but which are held in an area regulated for blueberry maggot, prior to moving back to a non-regulated area.
Web Update to Export Requirements for Fish and Seafood
Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has updated the requirements for exporting fish and seafood products to the following countries: Georgia, India, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Macedonia, Mexico, and Moldova.  These updates are part of the Agency’s initiative to harmonize the type of information provided and format used for food export requirements.
