The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) wants your feedback on its draft Administrative Monetary Penalties (AMPs) Policy.  The new policy defines the CFIA’s approach to using Administrative Monetary Penalties consistently for violations against all federal food safety, animal health and plant protection requirements enforced by the Agency.
