Steel Plate originating in and/or exported from Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Romania
The Canada Border Services Agency has completed its review of the order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal concerning certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate originating in or exported from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania and has determined the expiry would likely continue in the dumping of subject goods.
For importations of subject goods from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania, the anti-dumping duty is equal to 74.6% of the export price.
