On May 9, 2019, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), initiated an expiry review concerning the dumping of hot rolled carbon steel plate originating in or exported from Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and South Korea.
As a result of the CITT’s expiry review, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an expiry review investigation to determine, whether the expiry of the finding is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of the subject goods. The CBSA will make a determination no later than October 4, 2019, and will issue a Statement of Reasons by October 18, 2019.
This 9 May 2019 notice is available in its entirety on the CBSA website.
