The following is provided by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)
To all clients using the Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS), the eManifest and Trusted Trader Portals, please be advised that as of June 15, 2022 the CBSA will no longer be supporting the use of Internet Explorer as a compatible browser due to the decommissioning of Microsoft support.
Please consult the Microsoft website for additional information
Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using the CERS, eManifest and the Trusted Trader Portals
Action Required: The CBSA recommends that external clients use one of the following browsers when accessing the portals:
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
