CBSA/CNSC Webinar: SWI & Importation of Commercial Goods Regulated Under the Nuclear Safety and Control Act

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), in conjunction with The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), is hosting a Trade Consultation Session, via WebEx.

The session is scheduled for November 24, 2016 from 1-3 p.m. (EST). The objectives of this webinar will be to provide participants with information on the Single Window Initiative (SWI) as it relates to products regulated under the administration of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act (NSCA).

The session will provide a forum for discussion on the following aspects:

Information on the SWI;

Business process changes to the importation of nuclear substances and prescribed equipment that are subject to import regulations and regulating control under the NSCA.

Data requirements for CNSC regulated commodities.

This webinar is being offered in English and is provided free of charge to participants.
