The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will be performing systems maintenance on the eManifest Portal January 20th at the following times.
January 20, 2024 from 05:00 to 05:30 (ET) and Sunday January 21, 2024 from 05:00 to 05:30 (ET): eManifest Portal users will not be able to view or update business account details, or register new business accounts.
January 20, 2024 from 06:00 to 07:00 (ET) and Sunday January 21, 2024 from 06:00 to 07:00 (ET): eManifest Portal users may experience forced re-logon. Portal users will still be able to create and submit all trade documents and update user accesses.
