The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has advised the eMainfest Portal will be undergoing scheduled monthly maintenance at the following times.
Saturday June 10, 2023 from 05:00 to 05:30 (ET) and Sunday June 11, 2023 from 05:00 to 05:30 (ET): eManifest Portal users will not be able to view or update business account details, or register new business accounts.
Saturday June 10, 2023 from 06:00 to 07:00 (ET) and Sunday June 11, 2023 from 06:00 to 07:00 (ET): eManifest Portal users may experience forced re-logon. Portal users will still be able to create and submit all trade documents and update user accesses.
