ARL Readiness Enablement Call on the EDI Application Form and Certification

ARL will result in the replacement of the daily and monthly K84s with Daily Notices (DNs) and Statements of Account (SOAs), effective January 2016. In order to ensure system readiness for receiving the new statements electronically, clients must become certified by the CBSA. Importers and brokers are required to fill out an EDI Application form in order to begin certification, as well as to receive statements for a third party, or to send statements to a third party electronically. The ARL project team will be on the line from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on December 2nd, to answer questions about the application form and certification process.
