ARL Readiness Enablement Call on Statements
November 20th, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm (EST)
ARL will result in the replacement of the daily and monthly K84s with Daily Notices (DNs) and Statements of Account (SOAs), effective January 2016. The ARL project team will be on the line from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, November 20th, to answer questions about the structure, format and contents of the new DNs and SOAs.
Please complete this short questionnaire to help the CBSA better understand the state of readiness from the trade community. Please note that responses are anonymous and will only be reported in an aggregated fashion.
Instructions:
In order to ask a question about statements with ARL, please dial in using the teleconference number included below. The team will be on the line; to alert them you have joined and have a question, say your name and company name, and the team will then recognize you, and ask for your question. If you find your microphone is muted, you can use *7 on your keypad to unmute. Alternatively, if you would like to mute your microphone, you can use *6.
