ARL will result in the replacement of the daily and monthly K84s with Daily Notices (DNs) and Statements of Account (SOAs), effective January 2016. Importers and brokers who intend to receive their statements electronically are required to ready their systems to accept the new statements in accordance with the DN and SOA Electronic Commerce Client Requirements Documents (ECCRDs), available in three formats; EDIFACT, CADEX and XML.
In order to support the trade community in technical readiness, the ARL project team will be on the line from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, November 27th, to answer technical questions (i.e. on the ECCRDs or transmission).
