ARL Readiness Enablement Call on Payments with ARL

The Accounts Receivables Ledger (ARL) is to be implemented in January of 2016. ARL will introduce:
A new online banking option
The application of payments to client account balances, instead of against transactions
The introduction of credits, which will serve to offset debits and reduce the number of refund cheques.
The ARL project team will be on the line from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (EST) on December 4th, to answer questions about payments with ARL.
Instructions:
In order to ask a question about payments, account level account-management, or the application of credits with ARL, please dial in using the teleconference number included below. The team will be on the line; to alert them you have joined and have a question, say your name and company name, and the team will then recognize you, and ask for your question. If you find your microphone is muted, you can use *7 on your keypad to unmute. Alternatively, if you would like to mute your microphone, you can use *6.
