Effective January 26th, importers will no longer be able to submit blanket TSCA certifications.  The TSCA form is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  US Customs has advised that some changes will be made to clarify the descriptions and scopes.  However, CBP has confirmed that the importer’s contact information will need to be transmitted with the customs entry in the event either CBP or EPA needs to contact the importer.
