US Customs updated their previously released guidance on vessel diversions due to the Hanjin bankruptcy.
Importers have requested to cancel entries impacted by the bankruptcy, however CBP would rather have the entries placed on hold. Â Once the terminal grants release and proof is provided to CBP electronically, CBP will release the hold.
