US Customs will begin to test a pilot program for trucks from Canada, transiting through the US, then back to Canada. This program would allow electronic submission and relaxed data requirement s rather than the current paper forms. This program would require an exact value and an accurate 10 digit tariff number. The pilot participants have already been chosen and consist of 9 Canadian Carriers.
