U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) has issued a withhold release order (WRO) on imports of palm oil and palm oil products from the Sime Darby plantation in Malaysia. CBP will detain and seize all shipments of palm oil and products from those farms. CBP has determined that that Sime Darby are using forced labor on the Malaysian plantations to harvest.
