US Customs and Border Protection published an Interim Final Rule (IFR) that provides guidance for filing allegations of evasion of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders.  This enforcement falls under the Trade Facilitation and Enforcement Act of 2015.  This rule establishes a formal process for CBP’s investigations.
