Selected CBP Import Specialists and ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) Agents recently completed a program to become members of the Textile Production Verification Team (TPVT). These officials learned how to interview personnel at foreign facilities and how to properly analyze regulatory documents. This collaboration in trade enforcement is what underlies the weekly seizures at various Customs ports.
