At the October 11th meeting of the World Customs Organization (WCO), US Customs gave a review of the lessons they have learned through the transition to the ACE Single Window system. Â This group of over 180 delegates from around the world had the opportunity to hear, firsthand, the obstacles that need to be crossed when endeavouring in such a drastic change.
