On September 20th, US Customs Commissioner Kerlikowske addressed the CBP’s Border Priorities during his speech at the US-Canada Border Conference held in Detroit.  He covered the bi-national initiatives of the future, including the CBP-CBSA Cooperation Agenda and the implementation of the Land, Rail, Marine, and Air Transport Pre-Clearance Agreement.  Another key topic discussed was the mandate of e-manifest electronic filing.
