The CBSA CARM Client Support Helpdesk (CCSH) has published a bulletin that provides known issues related to onboarding to the CARM Client Portal, information/details for a temporary workaround, as well as an intended fix date.
Issues identified included but was not limited to; clients being incorrectly directed to the eManifest CBSA Portal, and clients subscribing but receiving CARM notifications.
