The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value and export price review of certain carbon steel welded pipe (CSWP) exported to Canada from Vietnam by SeAH Steel Vina Corporation (SeAH Vietnam).
The review follows requests for re‑determination filed by an importer and is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) injury finding issued on February 5, 2019, respecting the dumping of CSWP from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey and Vietnam, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).
The updated schedule for this normal value and export price review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.
