Canadian International Trade Tribunal Issues Determination of Reasonable Indication of Injury concerning certain Mattresses from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of certain mattresses from the People’s Republic of China have caused injury to the domestic industry.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will continue its investigations and, by May 25, 2022, will issue preliminary determinations.
