The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded a re-investigation in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA),of the normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy of certain steel grating originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China).
The re-investigation was initiated on March 31, 2015, as part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s finding of material injury of April 19, 2011.
