Sanctions related to Ukraine were enacted under the Special Economic Measures Act, in order to respond to violations of Ukraine’s constitution, sovereignty and territorial integrity.  On March 17, 2014, the Special Economic Measures (Ukraine) Regulations(“the Regulationsâ€) came into force.  The last amendments to the Ukraine Regulations were made on November 28, 2016.
