The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announced the launch of the APHIS Core Message Set Help Desk in CSMS #46390176. This Help Desk will be active starting March 1st, 2021 and is designed to assist importers, brokers and filers with the submission of the APHIS Core Message set in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).
The Help Desk will be available Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to review stakeholder message sets, explain error codes and flags, provide disclaim guidance, and answer general message set questions. The Help Desk Hours will be extended to include Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm starting March 15th, 2021.
