The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that US industry is ‘materially injured’ by the imports of carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Brazil, South Africa, and Turkey.  This means it has been determined that these goods were sold into the US market at less than fair value.  The link below specifically defines the plate that is included in the scope.
