Anti-dumping Investigation on Tapered Bearings from Korea

The US Department of Commerce has initiated an anti-dumping duty investigation on certain tapered roller bearings from the Republic of Korea.  Anti-dumping duty is assessed to ‘level the playing field’ for US manufacturers by issuing additional duties on goods that are suspected to be sold into the US market at less than fair market value.

This investigation covers all tapered roller bearings regardless of size. Tariff numbers covered by this investigation include:  8482.20.0040, 8482.20.0061, 8482.20.0070, 8482.20.0081, 8482.91.0050, 8482.99.1550, and 8482.99.1580.
