Anti-Dumping Duty – Certain Pea Protein from China

On November 19, 2024, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal CITT), determined the dumping and subsidizing of certain pea protein, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, have caused injury to the domestic industry.

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will collect anti-dumping and countervailing duties.

The Tribunal will issue the reasons for its findings on December 4, 2024.
