The normal value review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) order issued on December 30, 2020, respecting the dumping of certain OCTG from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.
