The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated investigations concerning the alleged dumping and subsidizing of certain wind towers from China.
The investigations follows a complaint filed by Marmen Inc. and Marmen Énergie Inc. (collectively “Marmen”) (Trois-Rivières, QC).
The subject goods are usually classified under the following tariff classification numbers:
7308.20.00.00 and 8502.31.00.00
