The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an expiry review investigation to determine whether the expiry of the order is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of the subject goods.
The investigation has now been completed and the CBSA has determined that the expiry of the order is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of such goods originating in or exported from South Korea and Turkey.
The CITT will now conduct an inquiry to determine whether the expiry of its order is likely to result in injury to the Canadian industry. The CITT has announced that it will issue its decision no later than October 16, 2019.
The Tribunal has determined, for the reasons that follow, that the dumping of of certain nitisinone capsules originating in or exported from the Kingdom of Sweden (Sweden) has not caused injury and is not threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.

The investigation has now been completed and the CBSA has determined that the expiry of the findings:
is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of such goods originating in or exported from Mexico;
is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of such goods originating in or exported from Brazil, China, Greece, and South Korea; and
is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of subsidizing of such goods originating in or exported from China.
The CITT will now conduct an inquiry to determine whether the expiry of its findings is likely to result in injury to the Canadian industry, and has announced that it will issue its decision no later than September 25, 2019.
