Certain Carbon Steel Fasteners -Â Notice of Re-investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices respecting certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China) and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), and the amounts of subsidy respecting certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from China (subject goods).
Certain Nitisinone Capsules -Â Statement of Reasons
Based on the available evidence, the CBSA is satisfied that NIT originating in or exported from Sweden has been dumped.
The CITT’s inquiry into the question of injury to the domestic industry is continuing, and it will issue its decision by April 18, 2019. Provisional duty will continue to be imposed on the subject goods from Sweden until the CITT renders its decision.
Certain Thermoelectric Containers -Â Notice of Expiry Review Decision
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an expiry review investigation to determine whether the expiry of the order is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and/or subsidizing of the subject goods.
The CBSA has determined that the expiry of the order:
is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of such goods originating in or exported from China; and
is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of subsidizing of such goods originating in or exported from China.
Certain Silicon Metal – Statement of Reasons
The Canada Border Services Agency determined that the expiry of the finding made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal
is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of certain silicon metal originating in or exported from China; and
is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of subsidizing of certain silicon metal originating in or exported from China.
Oil Country Tubular Goods – Notice of Conclusion of Normal Value Review
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded a normal value review to establish the normal values and export prices applicable to certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) exported to Canada from Indonesia by PT Citra Tubindo Tbk. (Citra Tubindo).
The normal value review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) finding of a threat of injury issued on April 2, 2015, respecting the dumping of certain OCTG from several countries including Indonesia, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).
Carbon Steel Welded Pipe – Expiry Review
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has conducted an expiry review of its order continuing, without amendment, its finding made on August 20, 2008.
