The Canada Border Services Agency made a scope ruling on February 22, 2019, that the aluminum brackets included with un-assembled BTS systems imported by Nokia Canada Inc. are not subject to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s order concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain aluminum extrusions from the People’s Republic of China.
Corrosion-Resistant Steel Sheet
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has conducted an inquiry to determine whether the dumping of corrosion-resistant flat-rolled steel sheet products of carbon steel originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), the Republic of India and the Republic of Korea has not caused injury but is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal conducted an inquiry to determine whether the dumping and subsidizing of sucker rods, including pony rods, with or without couplings attached and with or without guides attached, manufactured to American Petroleum Institute (API) 11B specifications, equivalent standards or proprietary standards, including in a finished or semi-finished state, made of solid steel, including carbon, alloy and special grades of steel, of 2.5 inches (63.5 mm) or less in diameter of rod body, with stated measurements subject to permissible tolerances, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, have caused injury or are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal conducted an inquiry to determine whether the dumping and subsidizing of certain cold‑reduced flat-rolled sheet products of carbon steel (alloy and non-alloy), in coils or cut lengths originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and determined the above-mentioned goods have been dumped and subsidized and have caused injury to the domestic industry.
