Carbon Steel Welded Pipe -Â Notice of Final Determination
The Canada Border Services Agency terminated the investigation of dumping of carbon steel welded pipe by Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S. from Turkey. The CBSA also made a final determination of dumping of carbon steel welded pipe from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey, for which the investigation has not been terminated, and Vietnam.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is continuing its inquiry into the question of injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by February 15, 2019.
Certain Aluminum Extrusions -Â Statement of Essential Facts
On September 27, 2018, the CBSA received an application for a scope ruling as to whether the aluminum brackets included with its un-assembled Base Transceiver Station (BTS) systems, are subject to the CITT’s order in respect of certain aluminum extrusions from China.
On the basis of the information available the CBSA’s preliminary assessment is that the goods that are the subject of the application, namely the aluminum brackets included with Nokia’s un-assembled BTS systems, are not subject to the CITT’s order in respect of certain aluminum extrusions from China.
