Final Determination Respecting Gypsum Board

The Canada Border Services Agency has made a final determination of dumping with respect to certain gypsum board originating in or exported from the United States of America, imported into Canada for use or consumption in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as well as the Yukon and Northwest Territories (Western Canada).

Extension of investigation into the dumping and subsidizing of certain fabricated industrial steel components

The Canada Border Services Agency has extended the 90 day period to 135 days for making the preliminary decisions due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the investigation concerning the alleged injurious dumping of certain fabricated industrial steel components (FISC) originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China), the Republic of Korea, the Kingdom of Spain, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and subsidizing of FISC originating in or exported from China.
