Conclusion of normal value review – Oil country tubular goods and seamless casing
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded a normal value review to update normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy applicable to certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and seamless casing exported to Canada from China by Dalipal Pipe Company (Dalipal).
Specific normal values and an amount of subsidy for future shipments of OCTG and seamless casing have been determined for Dalipal. The normal values were determined based on the results of the OS 2022 re-investigation and became effective on March 17, 2023. The specific amount of subsidy is effective April 11, 2023.

Conclusion of export price review – Small power transformers
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today concluded an export price review to update all export prices of certain small power transformers exported from South Korea by Hyundai Electric & Energy Systems Co., Ltd. (Hyundai Energy) and imported into Canada by Hyundai Electric America Corporation (HE America).
The CBSA is limited in the information that can be divulged in response to arguments made concerning export prices calculations. Ultimately, export prices were found to be unreliable. Additional information on the calculation of export prices is provided to HE America in the confidential conclusion notice issued to the importer.

Notice of close of record and updated schedule – Line pipe 2
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the expedited review of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe (line pipe) originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea by Histeel Co. Ltd.
The updated schedule for this expedited review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.
