Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe – Notice of initiation of expiry review investigation

On MARCH 08, 2021 the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an expiry review investigation to determine, whether the expiry of the finding is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and/or subsidizing of the subject goods.

The CBSA will publish a determination no later than JULY 30, 2021 and will issue a Statement of Reasons by AUGUST 13, 2021.

Certain Concrete Reinforcing Bars – Notice of Preliminary Determination

On MARCH 04, 2021 the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting certain concrete reinforcing bar from Oman and Russia.

Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods from Oman and Russia that are released from the CBSA on or after March 4, 2021.
