The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will host webinars on December 3rd and 9th to highlight new procedures for submitting documents required for importing specialty crops into the United States. Section 8e requires certain fruit and vegetable imports to meet the same grade, size, quality and maturity standards as their domestically produced counterparts.
