The United States Department of Commerce has officially initiated an ADD/CVD investigation into the dumping of steel concrete reinforcing bar (REBAR) from Japan, Taiwan, and Turkey into the US Market. Â This investigation will cover straight length or coil form rebar, regardless of length, diameter, grade, or metallurgy. Â If your company imports rebar from these countries and sends the commodity into the US, please take note of this investigation.
