Yesterday (Mar 31 2016) began the mandatory ACE filing for non-PGA consumption entries, Lacey Act entries, and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration entries. The transition has been smooth, but both US Customs and Customs Brokers have been preparing for many months. There will be many more implementation dates in 2016 as all of the US PGAs, including FDA, will begin mandatory ACE filing.
