We would like to remind our clients to send updated 2023 CUSMA & USMCA certificates of origin to cusma_usmca@willsonintl.com
If you have already forwarded copies of your 2023 CUSMA/USMCA, thank you for your continued co-operation.
To ensure that you receive beneficial tariff treatment for qualifying merchandise please forward a valid 2023 certificate of origin at your earliest convenience. Please note we must have a valid certificate on file at the time the entry in order for Willson International to claim preferential treatment.
If you need to download a copy of the certificate of origin, instructions, or additional pages, the documents can be found in the Forms section of our website under either Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) – Canadian Customs Forms or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) – U.S. Customs Forms.
To allow sufficient time to review and update databases, your updated certificates of origin must be sent to Willson International no later than December 23rd, 2022.
If a valid certificate of origin is not on file, duties will be paid to the respective Customs authorities.
